Security on this board is sold by the month, with the month settled before it begins. What follows says which money returns and which money stays, so nobody has to argue any of it during a week that is already bad.
Issue A, dated 28 August 2026Money is taken a month ahead. Stop the subscription whenever you like, and the stop lands at the end of whatever has been settled. No month is ever cut in half. Where we have charged wrongly, the charge is corrected and returned.
Stopping happens in the portal. So does a mail to support@industrylocknetworks.com, provided it comes from an address the account knows. A stop prevents the charge that was coming next. It has no effect on a charge already taken.
Nothing switches off early. Agents run, engineers answer, and there is a handover during which we retrieve your data from whichever platforms allow it.
Say you stop on day nine of a settled month. That month goes on to finish, and no part of it is returned. Rates here are priced against a month treated as indivisible. Cutting slices off it for one customer would raise the number for everybody else.
Four situations are our own doing, and not one of them should need arguing.
An approved refund goes to whichever card was charged. Expect your bank to sit on it for a working week or two.
Raising a chargeback can freeze the account on its own, and a frozen account can put live security into an off state while a bank works its way through several weeks of procedure. Very nearly every billing argument we have had ended inside a single email. Mail is faster, and nothing goes uncovered while it happens.
Counts and lines are edited in the portal. An addition is charged on the billing date that follows. A removal ends on that same date, and no credit is issued for the month in progress. Something else in mind? Ask, and the answer will be straight.
